Meadows Wellness Collective

You are not a weed. You are a dandelion. And you are welcome here.

About Meadows Wellness Collective

Meadows Wellness Collective exists for people who have been told their pain is too complicated, their identity is a phase, or their needs are too much to accommodate. We are rooted in the belief that healing happens in community, connection, and spaces where you are fully seen. Like a meadow—expansive, wild, and full of life growing in every direction—we make room for all of you. We specialize in affirming, trauma-informed care for queer, trans, and LGBTQ+ individuals, disabled and chronically ill clients, and those navigating the intersection of identity, trauma, and a world not always built with them in mind.

We chose the dandelion as our symbol intentionally. It is one of the most resilient plants in existence, often dismissed and overlooked, yet it persists and adapts to every condition. If you have ever been told you were too much, not enough, or simply inconvenient—you already know what it is to be a dandelion. At Meadows Wellness Collective, you do not have to make yourself smaller or more palatable to receive care. Rooted in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, and affirming clinical frameworks, we meet you where you are and hold space for wherever you are going. You belong here exactly as you are.
